The past few days have left Wayne County saturated with rain. According to figures released by the National Weather Service, Wayne County saw close to seven inches of rainfall over a 48 hour period that ended at 8 AM Friday. Wayne County’s unemployment rate continues its slow and steady improvement.  According to figures released this week by the N.C.
