The Kinston Police Department reports 28-year-old Karl Shackleford of Kinston has been charged for the murder of 22-year-old Terrence Plymouth.  The KPD responded to the 700 block of Harding Avenue on Monday night and found Plymouth suffering from gunshot wounds.  Despite lifesaving measures, Plymouth died at the scene.  Shackleford was arrested for Plymouth’s murder on…read more »
