A car crash involving a Wayne County Sheriff’s deputy has shut down the intersection of Ruskin Road and Sleepy Creek roads. A Goldsboro man is accused of sexually assaulting a child.  On Saturday, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office took the report on the sexual assault.  During the investigation, 75-year-old James W.
