Impaired Driver Attempts to Discard Narcotics

On February 17, 2023, at approximately 8:24 p.m., officers with the Goldsboro Police Department responded to several alerts from the ShotSpotter system in the 1100 block of Olivia Lane. Prior to arrival of officers, a 911 call was made advising that a male subject had been shot.
