County Approves Incentives For Atlantic Casualty Project

Wayne County approves economic incentives for a project that’s expected to bring over 80 jobs to the local area. The $11.8 million Atlantic Casualty Insurance Company project in Goldsboro includes building a new 30,000 square foot facility.
