The Goldsboro Fire Department names its Interim Fire Chief. James Farfour, a 27-year GFD veteran, will serve as Interim Fire Chief following the departure of Chief Joe Dixon last week. Farfour began his career with the Goldsboro Fire Department as a firefighter. He was named the Deputy Fire Chief in 2019.  read more »
