The Neuse River near Goldsboro has entered Major Flood Stage. According to the 5 AM update from the National Weather Service, the Neuse River surpassed 24-feet overnight, officially putting the river in Major Flood Stage. NCDMV Expanding Its Online Services
To provide more options for its customers, the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles is expanding its online options.
