The Neuse River near Goldsboro has entered Major Flood Stage.  According to the 5 AM update from the National Weather Service, the Neuse River surpassed 24-feet overnight, officially putting the river in Major Flood Stage.  The latest forecast has the Neuse cresting close to 25-feet today.  A Flood Warning remains in effect for Wayne County.read more »
