Two suspects are arrested for a shooting incident in Kinston. On Saturday, the Kinston Police Department responded to shots fired near the 1100 block of Pollock Street. Last week Wednesday, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office pulled a vehicle over on Highway 70 East near Casey Dairy Road. During the traffic stop, 30-year-old Spencer M.
