A suspect is identified and arrested for a 2016 homicide in Goldsboro. The Goldsboro Police Department reports 22-year-old Tyrone O. Johnson of Wilson is charged with 2nd Degree Murder in relation to the July 2016 murder of 19-year-old Atiya Maddox of Goldsboro.
