Victim Identified, Suspect Arrested in Shooting Death

Goldsboro Police have identified the victim in Tuesday’s shooting death as 30-year-old Stephanie Lynette Smith of Goldsboro.  Smith was transported to UNC Heath Lenoir with a gunshot wound and was declared deceased.
