Marshell M. Becton, 69, of 1503 E. Elm St., passed away on Sunday at UNC Health Wayne.
She was born on March 13, 1955, in Wayne County to Deacon Levy Becton Sr. and Mother Harriett Sutton Becton.
Her life’s devotion, which was service to God and mankind, will be celebrated Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 12:00 Noon at Faith United Holy Church, 1603 S. Slocumb St., Goldsboro, NC, with Bishop Raveion Moses, officiating. Her mortal remains will be laid to rest in the Elmwood Cemetery. The family will assemble at the residence in preparation for the funeral cortege.
Ms. Becton will lie in repose at the church on Tuesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
