Kenneth Ray Brafford, Sr., 81, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Kenneth was born in Wayne County to the late Martin Luther and Gertrude Hines Brafford on August 14, 1943. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 26 years, Virginia Blanch Griffin Brafford.

A graveside service of remembrance will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service.

Kenneth is survived by his son, Kenneth “Kenny” Ray Brafford, Jr., and wife, Laura; daughter, Renee Cuevas, and husband, John; and grandchildren, Kevin, Josh, Kristopher, Brooke, Gabby, and Gio.
