Joseph Dennis Hincherick, 84, passed away on September 20, 2024 at his home. Born on April 6, 1940, in Armstrong County, PA; he was the son of the late Frank Hincherick and Ann Knopic.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Patricia Anne (Kielbowick) Hincherick; his children, Nancy Josker, Paul Hincherick, Alice Androzzi and husband, Randy, and Lois Hincherick-Post and husband, John; his step-children, Cindy Corsaro and husband, Vince, Ron Usiak, Amy Breindel and husband, Harold, Cheryl Alessi and husband, David, and Keith Usiak; his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister, Nancy Hincherick and his brother, Bob Hincherick.
Joe retired from the Ford Plant in NY after over 35 years of employment. After retirement, he held a position as Constable in Patton, PA. He enjoyed many hobbies which included hunting, fishing, cross-country and downhill skiing, square dancing, and round dancing with his wife, Patty. He was a very loyal Buffalo Bills fan. When in the respite program at the Senior Center in Goldsboro, he was known as the king of cornhole, which always brought a smile to his face.
A rosary will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by a visitation from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 1000 N. Jefferson Avenue, Goldsboro. Burial will be held at a later date in Hamburg, New York.
