Graham Anthony “Jolly” Rogers, 84, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at UNC Health Wayne. Born in Coventry, England on November 22, 1939, he was the son of the late Frederick and Louisa Blackwell Rogers.

In addition to his parents, Graham was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley.

Graham is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jean S. Rogers; son, Stephen Clinton and wife, Barbara Davis; daughter, Tammy Taylor and husband, Carl Taylor Jr. and grandkids, Kayla Taylor and Ryan Taylor.

Graham proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked in aircraft maintenance and retired after 31 years of dedicated and faithful service.

Graham Rogers meant so much to our family and was a great friend to many others.

Jolly had a love for fishing and watching English Football. He was also known to frequent “The Bottom,” to socialize with his friends and play Darts. He also loved his wonderful dog, Brandy.

God bless you Dad and everything you sacrificed for this country and our family.

A service full of military honors to honor Graham’s life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2024, at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
