Mother Dorothy Locus, 89, completed her earthly journey on Friday, June 7, 2024, at home surrounded by family. The celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 11:00 am with a visitation from 10:00 am to 10:50 am at St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, 700 W. Ash Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a chapel viewing held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
