April 22, 2024, 66, Princeton —

Kenneth Dwight Wiggs, 66, of Princeton passed away at Wayne Memorial Hospital on Monday, April 22, 2024.  He was born in Wayne County on June 21, 1957, to the late James Rudolph Wiggs and Freddie Jean Worley Wiggs.  

Kenneth loved to work outside in the yard, he loved his tractors, being at the beach, and fishing.  He liked working on lawnmowers.  Most of all he loved his grandchildren.  Each one of the grandchildren had a special place in his heart.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Wiggs; daughter, Christy Dupree; son, Jason Wiggs; sisters, Rose Gurley, and Faye Braswell; grandchildren, BreAnna Stevens, Tessa Wiggs, Logan Harris, and Laci Dupree.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

The funeral service will be held in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 25, 2024, with the Reverend Donald Massey officiating.  The burial will be in Princeton Cemetery immediately following the service.
