Mrs. Wilhelmina W. Thompson, 78, completed her earthly journey on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at UNC Wayne Healthcare, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Faith United Holy Church, 1603 S. Slocumb Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 17 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a chapel viewing held on Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.

She was born on June 7, 1945, in Windsor (Bertie County), NC to Willie Wiggins and Mary Louise Wiggins McLeod. She is survived by her loving husband, Clifton “Pete” Thompson; her children; grandchildren, and other loving relatives and friends.
