FREMONT — The new Northern Wayne library will officially open during a ceremony on Wednesday at 11 am.

The Northern Wayne Library in Fremont will replace the branches in Fremont and Pikeville. The grand opening ceremony will be at 609 S. Wilson St. in Fremont.
