Every week, Your Seymour Salute highlights an airman serving at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro.

Senior Airman Angelica Diaz is a squadron lead crew member for the 4th Maintenance Group Weapons Standardization Section at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

Senior Airman Diaz is responsible for upholding one of the largest Weapons Loading and Evaluation programs, supporting and conducting training for 60 load crews. This provides safe and reliable operations on 94 F-15Es, valued at $5.2 billion dollars.

In addition to ensuring the 4th Fighter Wing is armed and ready to complete the mission, Senior Airman Diaz put in countless hours weekly as a Chaplain’s assistant; successfully completing technical training for her new career field as a member of Religious Affairs.
