Carol Sharon Brown Tilley, 65, of Hubert, NC passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024.  She was born on November 29, 1958, in Hertford County, North Carolina to the late Earl Steve Brown and Lou Ellen Crawford Brown.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Tilley; son, Henry Midgette; and sister, Debbie Barnes.

Carol was a nurse at the Naval Hospital at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina.  She was a lifetime member of the VFW and loved to help those who served our country.

She is survived by sons, David I. Williams, and Brian Williams; sisters, Lola Rawls and Tammy Brown; grandchildren, Alice Williams, Lindsay Williams, Jace Williams, Maggie Williams, Taylor Williams, Bailey Williams, Carlee Williams, and Callee Williams.
