Ms. Letitia C. Starkie, 49, received her ultimate healing on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Duke University Hospital. The celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at 12:00 pm with a viewing from 11:00 am to 11:50 am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Carver Memorial Park, Breazeale Ave., Mt. Olive, NC.

She was born on November 17, 1974, in Wayne County, NC to Florence Kenon. She is survived by her children, mother, and other loving relatives and friends.
