Beth Ann Hanna-Carr, 49, passed away at her home on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.  She was born on December 3, 1974 in Kanawha County, West Virginia to Thomas Hanna and the late Thelma Mitchell Hanna.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Kenneth Carr; daughter, Bethany L. O’Neill; sons, Brandon A. Stancil, and Bobby A. Carr; daughters, Nicole E. Carr and Stephanie D. Carr; grandchildren, Brayden R. O’Neill, Elizabeth G. Strickland, Blake C. Strickland, and Thomas L. Strickland; and her father, Thomas Hanna.
