Rema Stella departed this walk of life on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro at the age of 91.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro with Father Roch T. Drozdzik officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.

Mrs. Stella was born in Pennsylvania on December 7, 1932, to the late Flory and Rose Paoli Leone.

She is survived by her husband, Nino Stella; one son, Andrew Di Genova, and wife, Michele and two brothers, Roc Leone and wife, Lorraine and Mario Leone and wife, Marie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings.
