The Arts Council of Wayne County opened its new home on Sept. 15 and with 60 years of presence in the community, is announcing its search for a new Executive Director.

Under the skillful leadership and stewardship of Jack Kannan, and with the generous support of community partners, patrons, and art enthusiasts, the Arts Council has grown exponentially.

The Arts Council has realized unparalleled success in the organization’s history. It looks forward to building on these victories with a new leader who will guide the Arts Council on several exciting fronts.

The Board of Directors looks forward to welcoming a new leader to the Arts Council family and working to ensure that the arts continue to thrive in Wayne County.
