She graduated from New London High School as part of the class of 1994. After high school, Cleo entered Penobscot Job Corps, Bangor, Maine, to study for a career in human resources.
She leaves to cherish her memories her father, Thomas Royall, Daddy Walter Sutton, Sr, Fiance William Jackson; Brothers: Walter Sutton, Waltor Sutton, and Charles Sutton, Thomas Junior Smith, Thomas Ray Jr. Royall, Benjamin Ray Royall, and Cander Royall; Sisters: Gwendolyn Willey, Paula Jones, Renee Ward, Novella Wilson; uncles: Billy Jones, Earl Royall, Donald Ray Royall, Charlie Royall, Mike Royall, Fletcher Royall, Linwood Royall; aunts: Pauline Tate, Maxine Royall, Judy Faye West, Ernestine Oates, and a host of cousins, and friends.
