Sammy Travis Fields, 36, a resident of the Faison area, passed away Friday, December 15, 2023, at his home.

Travis graduated from Hobbton High School and he was employed with Mount Olive Housing Authority as a maintenance technician.

He leaves behind his wife, Michelle M. Fields; his daughter, Adah Grace Fields, and a step-daughter, Madison Holmes, both of Mount Olive; his parents, Sammy and Donna Price Fields of Faison; a sister and brother-in-law, Hannah and Blake Smith of Clinton; his maternal grandmother, Sue Price of Mount Olive; a niece and nephews, Ella, Jensen, and Rhett Smith, all of Clinton; and a dear aunt, Karen Price, of Mount Olive.

The family will mourn their loss and remember Travis in a private way.
