Ronald Wayne Grimes, 70, passed away at Kitty Askins Hospice Center on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.

He was a native of Wayne County and was born on October 14th, 1953 to Jack Grimes and the late Eva Grimes.

Ronald served in the US NAVY, He was preceded in death by his brother Tony Grimes.

A small service will be held at First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Mount Olive at a later time.

Ronald is survived by his partner, Sandra Wall of the home; two daughters, Jennifer (Ivan) Fernandez of Clinton, NC, and Jennele Wall, one sister, Jackie Grimes, two grandchildren, Dorian Sutton, and Brenton Howard.
