Mr. Leroy Locklair, 96, completed his earthly journey on Sunday, December 10, 2023, at Novant Health Medical Center, Kernersville, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 11:00 am with a viewing from 10:00 am to 10:45 am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.

He was born on April 23, 1927, in Wayne County, NC to Levone Locklair and Effie Lee Whitfield Locklair. He is survived by his daughter, Agretta Locklair Scott (Joseph Napoleon) of Browns Summitt, NC; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
