Cheryl D. Hooper, 55, of Durham, died Thursday at Transitions Life Care in Raleigh, NC.

She was born on February 19, 1968, in Manhattan, NY to Paul Hooper, Jr and Gloristine Sherrod.

Funeral service will be held on Friday at 1 PM in the James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Memorial Services. Burial to follow in the Burning Bush Holy Church Cemetery.

Visitation will held on Friday one hour prior to the service.
