Emma Gene Pope, 64, of 1205 S. Andrews Ave., died Friday at her residence. 

She was born January 13, 1959, in Wayne County to David Sims and Bessie Pope.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 AM in the James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Memorial Services. Burial will follow in the Turner Swamp Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Eureka.

Visitation will be held on Saturday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
