The Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County is seeking “Angels” to purchase Christmas gifts for Angel Tree children in need.

Anyone interested in being an “Angel” can stop by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Wayne County located at 1401 Royall Ave., Monday through Friday between Noon and 6 p.m., to pick up information on a child in need.

Each Angel Tree participant will receive the first name of a child, along with that child’s gender, age, favorite color, clothes and shoe size, and one “wish” list item. Angel Tree participants are not required to purchase everything on the list.

Participants are asked to return the unwrapped items purchased along with wrapping paper or gift bags for the presents, to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Wayne County by Dec. 13.
