Doris Tripp Bradford, 83, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at her home. Born in Greene County on January 22, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Mark and Doris Meadows Tripp.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, William “Billy” Bradford; brother, Tony Tripp; and son-in-law, Anthony Wayne Crumpler.

Doris is survived by her daughter, Teresa Bradford Crumpler; son, William Michael Bradford and wife, Tonya; grandchildren, Derrick Wayne Crumpler and wife, Melissa, Courtney Marie Bradford, and Austin Michael Bradford; great-grandchildren, Natalia René Crumpler, Jace Wayne Crumpler, and Weston Parker Crumpler.

A graveside service to celebrate Doris’ life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023, at the Snow Hill Cemetery with Rev. Andy Stovall officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
