With the threat of rain in the forecast for Tuesday, the City of Goldsboro will decide on Monday whether or not to postpone Downtown Lights Up.
The rain date would be Nov. 28. As of now, Downtown Lights Up is scheduled to be held this Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8. The switch to light up downtown Goldsboro will be flipped at 5:30.
Downtown Lights Up will feature Santa Claus, holiday characters, hot cocoa, kids’ crafts, trolley rides, and entertainment.
Free horse-drawn trolley rides will start at The HUB and will go from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
