David Ralph “Dee” Edgerton, Jr., 68, passed away on November 7, 2023 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. Born on October 11, 1955, in Wayne County, he was the son of the late David Ralph Edgerton, Sr. and Nora Lee Barnes Edgerton.

Dee is survived by his sister, Sandra E. Smith of Goldsboro, and niece, Stefanie L. Smith (Louis Di Felice) of Wilmington.
