The Sunrise Kiwanis club presented the Wayne Opportunity Center with a $500 donation on Oct. 25th, at their weekly club meeting to support persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Wayne County. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. The Sunrise Kiwanis meet weekly every Wednesday at 7 a.m. at B&G Grill in Downtown Goldsboro. All are welcome to attend.
