On any given Wednesday afternoon in Mount Olive, anyone driving by the fire station may see several vehicles owned by the town of Mount Olive sitting in the parking lot.

Several employees of the town of Mount Olive, are volunteer members of the fire department, and Wednesday afternoons are normally used to train these employees on the equipment.

On Oct 11, these volunteers were going over tower 23 and learning the location of equipment on the truck.
