Christin Grubb Huffman, 36, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. Christin lived in Princeton, NC. Born in Wake County on June 25, 1987, she was the daughter of Phil Grubb and Rhonda Howerton Grubb.

Christin is survived by her loving husband, Thomas “Moose” Huffman, Jr.; her daughters, Abagail, Mattie, and Rya Huffman; son, Eli Waters; sister, Jamie Varnell; brother, Ryan Grubb. Christin leaves behind a second family by marriage; being, mother-in-law Marilyn Potter, with her brother-in-laws Jerry Huffman, Scott Smith, and Shawn Epps, and her sister-in-laws Angie Smith, Stacey Turnage and Jonda Epps, with numerous nieces and nephews.

Christin worked for Easterseals UCP as a Tailored Care Manager, where she was able to help many people. Christin and her family attend The Lord’s Table Church. She was a wonderful, loving, caring wife, mother, and daughter who loved spending time at the beach and spending any time she could with her children and husband. Christin’s happy place was camping while sitting around the campfire. She enjoyed every new adventure that camping had to offer her and her family. Christin had the biggest heart for peace. Christin had dreams of one day being able to travel with her husband and two youngest daughters to explore the country while living the full-time RV lifestyle…

Christin is now able to explore the heavens and earth while resting in peace and comfort with The Lord…

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 25, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the Lord’s Table Church in Goldsboro.  A service to celebrate her life will follow at 5:30 p.m. with Pastor Ken Jefferson and Pastor Andy Stovall officiating. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
