Elena Castillo Cobb, 75, of Goldsboro passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Willow Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Goldsboro.

Mrs. Cobb was born in Manila, Philippines on April 8, 1948, to the late Baltazar and Rita Josef Castillo. She was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church in Goldsboro.

She leaves to cherish her memories of her loving husband, James W. Cobb; two sons, Jeremy Cobb of Greensboro and Olinger B.C. Cobb of Goldsboro; one daughter, Melanie Smiley of Missouri;  several siblings, nieces, nephews, and many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Arrangements are incomplete and in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
