Travis Lamont Davis answered his master’s call on Saturday, September 2, 2023. Born in Wayne County NC on September 20, 1976, he was the son of Ethel Davis and the late Melvin Gray.

Travis was an avid lover of sports. As a child, he played baseball. His love for sports continued into his teenage years and he developed a love for football. In the early 90’s, he played football for Goldsboro High School. His love for sports grew into a love for music as well. He loved music to the point that not only did he play football at his high school, he played in the band as well.

His memory will forever linger in the heart of his mom, Ethel Davis. They had a special love that only a mother and a son share. He also leaves to cherish his memory of his special cousin, Sylvia Simon.

A celebration of life for Travis will be private.
