Susan Elizabeth Daniel Fry was born September 2, 1947, and she passed peacefully surrounded by her family on May 17, 2023.

As Susan fought Extensive Small Cell Lung Cancer, she was alert, and sharp and kept us on our toes, till it was her time.

Preceded in death were her parents, O. R. (Chick) and Merry Gene Daniel,  Her Husband and soulmate,  John F. Fry, and her thoughtful and fun Loving daughter,  Michelle (Fry Baby).

Those who will miss her daily are George, her grandson; Her brothers, David (Elaine) Daniel, Richard III (Glenda) Daniel, and Josh (Sarah) Daniel; Her sister, Angela D Jones (Kennon); Her Nephews, Jason (Jenn), Matthew, Stephen, Tim and Christopher Daniel; Her nieces, Charity (Keith, Asa, and Lucy) Wycliffe, Beth (Elliott, Eli, Emma and Karis) Overman, Parker Topping and Kensey Jones.

Susan ran Fremont Florist for many years and was an extremely talented florist, was extremely Independent and helped her husband, John run his DJ Business. Both, John and Susan were entertainers and great dancers. Susan loved playing Bingo and was a regular on Friday and Saturday nights.  She played the flute, and basketball and helped many people who needed help with quietness and determination.

The Family will have a Casual Covered Dish Lunch to Celebrate Susan at the Fremont Missionary Baptist Fellowship Hall on Tuesday, August 8 at 11:30 a.m. The Service will begin after Lunch at approximately 12:30 p.m. and Bingo and Flower arranging will occur afterwards.  There will be Fun for All to Remember Susan’s Life.  Memorials may be made to The Fremont Missionary Church and/or to a house modification fund.

Many thanks go to Bobbie, for her 12-year Commitment and Love, the Hospice team, especially Carol, who gave Susan Special Spa Treatments with Love and Care, and Loving Thanks to her Nephew, Christopher who moved in so he could help her 24 hours a  day. Those were True Blessings. Thanks go out to All her Family and Friends for all that they did and for their Love and Support.
