The Goldsboro Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating Craig D. Leach, who was reported missing on June 14. The reporting party stated that her brother, Mr. Leach, 46, was last heard from on May 22.

During the investigation, investigators have learned that Mr. Leach frequents the Walmart on Spence Avenue and the surrounding areas. Though Mr. Leach is reported as missing, he also has outstanding warrants for his arrest.
