Betty Faye Holmes Davis, 75, died early Thursday morning, June 15 at her home in Mount Olive. She is survived by her son; Bobby Edwards and his wife Donna of Mount Olive; a daughter, Lisa Parker of Saulston; her three sisters, Ella Mae Keel of Mount Olive, Ann Turnage of Princeton, and Kaye Lancaster of Fremont. Betty is survived by one grandchild, Bryce Edwards.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Edwin V. and Martha Williams Holmes; her husband, Bobby Davis; her siblings, Jimmy Holmes, Jason Holmes, Hilda Grace Holmes, and Clifton Holmes.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 20, at eleven o’clock in the morning in the chapel of Tyndall Funeral Home. The family will receive friends in the hour prior to the funeral beginning at ten o’clock. Burial will follow in the Maplewood Cemetery, Mount Olive.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Tyndall Funeral Home to assist with expenses.
