Cathryn Faye Creech, 94, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Wayne UNC Health Care in Goldsboro. Born in Bexar County, Texas on October 8, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Valentine Owen Sinnott and Gladys Faye Cude.

At her wish, no formal services will be held.

Cathryn is survived by her children, Billie C. Michael, Lizabeth A. Fulghum (Steven), Bambi R. Creech, Bonnie J. Lasiter (Joe), and William B. Creech, III; five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and her sister-in-law, Joan Sinnott. She is also survived by many friends that she loved like family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Blaine Creech, Jr.; her brother, Valentine O. Sinnott; her grandson, Harold Lee Person, Jr.; and her son-in-law, Anthony Mark Worley.

The family is in the care of Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
