April 30, 2023, 61, Shallotte –

Glenden Ray Sullivan, 61, of Shallotte passed away on April 30, 2023, at Lower Cape Fear Life Care in Brunswick County.  He was born on January 27, 1962, to Susan Long Sullivan Rock and the late Billy Ray Sullivan.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Joe Sullivan.

Mr. Sullivan loved motorcycles, working on vehicles, and football, especially the Dallas Cowboys.  He was a huge race fan with Richard Petty being his favorite.

He is survived by his wife, Hilda Chavis Sullivan; stepson, Kenneth Grady of Hope Mills; and his mother, Susan Long Rock.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm on Friday, May 5, 2023, at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, May 5, 2023, in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations with the Reverend Donald Massey officiating.  A private burial will be in Princeton Cemetery.
