Jacqueline Caudill Crawford, 75, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023, with her family by her side. Born on April 25, 1947, in Floyd County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Jack Caudill and Dorothy Lee Mullins Caudill.

Jacqueline is survived by her daughter, Tracy Blackmon, and husband, Christopher of Goldsboro; her sister, Elizabeth Collins of Kentucky; her brother, Ralph Glenn Caudill of Illinois; her grandchildren, Larry Cody Crawford of Goldsboro and Autumn Lee Ann Blackmon of New York.

Funeral services honoring Jacqueline Caudill Crawford will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home, 510 East 4th Street, London, KY, 40741.

Entombment will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily, KY.

The family will receive friends on April 20, 2023, beginning at 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour also at the funeral home.
