Firefighters from Dudley Volunteer Fire Department along with EMS Station 8 were dispatched to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Outlaw Road and Old Mount Olive Highway. The driver of the C&M Plumbing truck wasn’t injured in the crash, but several people in the van were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries to be checked out.

The accident is under investigation by the  North Carolina Highway Patrol.

The intersection was blocked by the overturned truck.
