Linda Faye Fink (August 26, 1946-March 29, 2023) of Pikeville, NC, lived a beautiful and blessed life.

Born to Jasper James and Ava Taylor Evans, she grew up in Goldsboro, NC. She married Arthur C. Fink and moved to Newport News, Virginia, to raise their 3 children. She graduated from Thomas Nelson Community College with Summa Cum Laude honors. They moved to Yorktown and enjoyed traveling, gardening, and visiting their 3 grandchildren. After 50 years of marriage, Art’s passing prompted her to return to Goldsboro to be near family.

Her passions were cooking and making sure everyone had everything they needed. Her generosity was well known.

Survivors include her sisters Mae Hodge, Marie Joyner, and Lucinda Jennette, and her brother Thomas Evans. Children: Rhonda Coppersmith, Son-in-law Don Coppersmith, Todd Fink, and Neil Fink; Grandchildren Chad, Evan, and Cadon Coppersmith; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Nancy Rhodes.
