Public Meeting on Goldsboro Action Plan

The public is invited to provide input on housing and non-housing needs in the city of Goldsboro for the FY23-24 Annual Action Plan (AAP). The purpose of this public meeting will be to meet with interested parties who wish to make recommendations for eligible activities for the City of Goldsboro’s FY23-24 Annual Action Plan (AAP).

The Annual Action Plan outlines projects the City will undertake with its annual allocation of
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership Act
(HOME) funds from HUD.

The City of Goldsboro places strong emphasis on utilizing citizen participation to
develop its Annual Action Plan, which will allow the citizens, community partners, and
the City to create a unified comprehensive strategy for meeting the housing and/or nonhousing needs of Low-to-moderate income persons and families.
