Sherry Lee Reynolds Deshaies, 73, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at her home. Born in Potsdam, New York on April 14, 1949, she was the daughter of the late George and Colleen Mattice Reynolds.

Sherry is survived by her husband, Henry Deshaies; twin sons and their spouses, Scott Michael and Melody Deshaies and Robert Joseph and Yvonne Deshaies; grandchildren, Isaac and Emma; and sisters, Lynn Johnson and Sue Barber.

Sherry enjoyed working with her hands as she could often be found sewing or knitting. She was an outstanding cook and opened her kitchen table to all. Sherry enjoyed the outdoors and going on camping trips with her family.

Sherry had worked at a nursery school in Carthage, New York as well as the parish secretary at St. Mary’s Church in Massena, New York.

A private service to celebrate Sherry’s life will be held at a later date.
