Claire Renae Ballance passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at Duke University Hospital. Claire was born on February 7, 2023, to her loving parents, John Harold, and Noel Renae Spencer Ballance

In addition to her parents, Claire is survived by her paternal grandparents, Tammy and Walter Mazaika; maternal grandparents, Michelle and Mark Burlingame and Rian Spencer; and several great-grandparents.

A small family service with accepting friends and family following the family service to celebrate Claire will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 2 pm at 414 Shadowy Lane Goldsboro, NC 27530.
